I looked at several dealerships before buying from Carl Black. I am pleased to say they were the best! They didn’t overwhelm me and that meant a lot. The crew at this dealership are simply amazing! Thank you for making this a great experience!

Ok so I know I will be given a survey through email about my experience at this place in the days to come but I'm so incredibly blown away by the awesome experience I had here I just couldn't wait! My car has been due for an oil change for some time now but I kept putting it off because honestly I hate dealing with the entire experience, the wait, and the employees whom act like they are doing me a favor. Well not anymore! This will be my new Chevy dealer as long as I live in Nashville and probably the place I return my lease and get another one. Now mind you, I did not have an apt so I walked in assuming the worst, a long wait, and crappy customer service. Well today That is absolutely not what I received. Upon my walking in to the service department, I was greeted by their most upbeat, friendly, and extremely helpful employee, DJ. I let him know, I didn't have an appointment but that i was in desperate need of an oil change, because I got off work early and only had today to fit this in. After a nice little conversation about how boring my original state of Ohio is (agreed)lol and some small talk about accidents we were both in but that our cars both chevys saved our lives because every single air bag deployed, etc. (very true) he let me know that there could possible be a small wait but that he was super confident they could get me in shortly and that he would do his best to have everything done within an hour and a half. I came prepared with things to do while I waited so I was more then willing to wait. I took a seat in the lobby and was updated frequently on the progress of my oil change by Dj. Which was wonderful! Because the apt I had to reschedule today was more than likely going to happen based on how quickly things were moving along. I made a phone call, spoke to a client for 20 minutes and I shit you not, DJ came and notified me I was ready to go and it was all done! In 20 minutes!!!!!! That's less time then when I actually make an appointment! Lol before I left DJ went over with me and thoroughly explained all of the documents I was signing and introduced me to Jimmy, the mechanic who worked on my car, who was equally as great explaining any issues and problems he occurred while doing the oil change. Which was nothing really but much appreciated because I'm DEFINATELY not a car guru. Lol I work in the customer service industry myself so it's great to see 2 people so passionate about the work they do and compassion they show for the clients they encounter! Great job Carl Black, you have hired 2 awesome employees who do a wonderful job representing your company. Because of these 2, you have a new customer for life. I will without a doubt refer everyone I know to your dealership and will DEFINATELY be back! Thanks again DJ and Jimmy for your outstanding service today, and restoring my faith in the customer service industry! These 2 need a raise! Lol
George & the crew there are great! They honored all the rebates/discounts offered & didn’t push to sell. They accepted what we asked for & provided just that!
