GM is reinventing the customer experience by addressing today’s most pressing concerns for new car buyers through the “GM Total Confidence” plan. The plan is an unprecedented offer that redefines the ownership experience in an extremely positive way.
Unlike other programs out there, “GM Total Confidence” protects customers in four ways:
Protects your Investment: ‘Vehicle Value Protection’ with up to $5,000 trade in assistance to protect customers halfway through their finance contract against uncertainty in the future used car market, providing peace-of-mind for customers.
Protects your Paycheck: ‘Automatic Payment Protection’ provides up to nine months of payments if you lose your job due to economic reasons (up to $500 per month), helping you get back on your feet. Active GM employees are not eligible for this program, but family members and friends are - so pass the information along.
Protects your Vehicle: GM’s 5 year/100,000 mile limited powertrain
