After driving a Nissan Leaf for 6 years I came to Carl Black Chevrolet to lease a Chevy Bolt. My husband and I were fortunate to connect with Kiante Young. He hadn't sold or leased a Chevy Bolt when we first met but he did a deep dive research on the car so that he could answer every question before we came back the next day. I've had the car for 1 year and discovered yesterday that the charger cord wasn't working properly. I left two messages with the service department. When I didn't get a return call, I called Kiante. He was on it! I was at the dealership 20 minutes later and within another 20-30 minutes I was back on the road with a new charger cord. He is professional, kind and even remembered who I was after a year. I've never had such a great experience with a Car Sales Professional. Carl Black Chevrolet will have my business as long as he's there.

Here's why Carl Black totally rocks --- When I set out to buy a car I knew exactly what I was looking for, and I was in no mood to play "the game" with another cheesy car salesman... I visited probably 10 dealerships in my quest... Along that journey, I found a lot of cars that *almost* fit the description of what I wanted, but when I would start inquiring about buying, the salesmen at other dealerships would throw in the "Oh, well we added these accessories, and we put this and that on the car, so that's why we're going to have to charge you more than what it's worth..." ---- When I got to Carl Black, I looked at the car, and I told them that some things needed to be changed on the automobile before I would commit to buying... I expected the typical pushback of some sort, but all I got was absolute agreement and unbelievable cooperation... A car sale should be an agreement of equal value between two honest people - And that's exactly what Terrence at Carl Black gave me. I will do all my business here for the remainder of my time in this area. Top notch service.

Kiante is the best
After reviewing many dealerships and multiple vehicles I decided to give Carl Black a look. I spoke with Kiante and honestly only decided to continue with the deal because of him. I wasn't impressed with the different lender chosen for my loan but found it to be fair nevertheless. After purchasing we ran across a recall for my vehicle and I had to be moved to a dealer unit until mine was repaired. The process went smoothly thanks to the help from Jeremy. Even though the financing was slightly different than expected it was a great visit with a great bunch of people. I would definitely come see Kiante again.

Great experience they're very fair need to check out mr. Robinson he's a great sales professional very knowledgeable reliable . He make sure you get what you want in your vehicle and everything is available that you're looking for in your vehicle and he go out back and wash the car for you and make sure it's got a full tank of gas

Perfect
From the time I pulled onto the lot I was help with any questions I had! I was wanting a more specific not very common vehicle but Terrence Robinson was not afraid to look at other dealership locations for what I wanted. I did not feel pressured to do anything at all! I would recommend Carl Black Chevrolet and Terrence to anyone! I hope to visit again someday for a new vehicle for my significant other!

You will not be disappointed!
I went to Carl Black over a month ago and was not able to get into what I wanted. Mainly due to not wanting to go over a certain amount per month and not being willing to settle on anything over than what I wanted. I thought all hope was lost, but I received a call from Terrence Robinson over a month later who told me that they were able to get me into a similar car. Still not completely happy, I still decided to go down to the lot and give it a try. Good thing that I did, not only did they pay my 2011 kia forte off in full ( had over 204,000 miles) they were able to put me in the car that I originally wanted and for not much more than my max budget. If you are in the market for a new car, I will strongly suggest going to Carl Black and speaking with Terrence Robinson he will do everything that he can to put you in a reliable car and listen to your needs. I can honestly say that if i ever decide to get another car this is where i would go and anyone looking for a car this is where i would send them. I love my 2018 chevy cruze hatchback LT. With the friendly staff and comfortable environment I promise that you will not be dissapointed.
