I feel so insulted after my interaction with Ahin. I purchased my 3500 Silverado 10 years ago from Carl Black and had the most amazing experience they earned my loyalty for 10 years. Today that changed. My truck required service and when I made the appointment yesterday I asked about a loaner and they said I would have to ask when I check in. So I'm checking in and nothing is available. When I purchased my truck 10 years ago they allowed me to test drive different diesels while my original truck was getting serviced and I ended up trading it in and buying the new one. So I asked if I could speak to a sales person to see if I could test drive an SUV or other kid friendly vehicles as we need to get a 3rd vehicle. My service advisor went to ask and they said no so I asked if I could speak with them so I could explain the situation. We're hoping to buy in the next few months- but I wasn't asked any questions- I was informed by Ahin that- "it sounds like I'm trying to use them." I was so shocked that I was being accused of trying to use someone when I'm actually a customer in the process of shopping for my next car. My mom is a GM employee and I get GM family discount so I will not be buying a different brand- but I definitely will not be buying from you. I was wanting to test drive cars sir and if you wanted my business you just lost it. I am a sales rep of high end wellness equipment and I am just shocked that a sales person would treat someone this way.

I was getting a oil change on my Camaro and wandered into
I was getting a oil change on my Camaro and wandered into the show room. Triston saw me looking at the C8s and sparked up a convo. I had no intention of getting one for at least two years. But he got me a good price on a recent trade in that was barely driven. Triston got me in touch with an insurance person that saved me a lot of money too. He listened to my concerns and helped make the decision an easy one. Just like that, a 20+ year goal was achieved and I finally got my Corvette.
