Job Duties:

• Demonstrate proficiency in the repair and diagnosis of engines, differentials, transmissions, HVAC systems, Steering systems, electronics to include ECM's, ECU's, sensors etc., cooling system, braking systems including ABS, suspension systems.
• Perform Multi-point vehicle inspection to identify needed maintenance or repairs.
• Provide estimates including labor and parts pricing to service advisor.
• Identify warranty repairs and document repairs as described in warranty procedure manual.
• Maintain work area appearance and safety.
• Continuously expanding your knowledge for new technologies and maintain required training status.
• Maintain own supply of tools.

Benefits & Pay:

• Make $25.00 - $40.00 Flat Rate as an experienced technician. Training equals pay rate.

At Carl Black Chevrolet, we acquire thousands of leads per month to be processed. Our Business Development position requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to handle several requests with immediate response.

Job Duties

• Welcome visitors and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain BDC, handling all incoming calls & administrative duties as well as working closely with customers.
• Work closely with sales and service associates following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.

This position has a base hourly pay + commission pay scale.

• Provide a professional customer service experience to all customers that enter Carl Black Chevrolet
• Must be proficient with technology relating to telephone systems and PC knowledge
• Provides receptionist, administrative and secretarial support
• Operate multi-line Polycom telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel or department
• Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
• Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies
• Preparing special projects including large office events
• Interface at a high level with internal and external executives that visit the dealership
• Perform various clerical duties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
• Be a multi-tasker
• Must have working knowledge of PCs, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a must)
• Must have knowledge working a CRM system on a PC.
• Detail oriented and able to meet last minute deadlines and challenges.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Must be able to work weekends and have open availability.
